Returns Policy
Items can only Exchange within 14 days of reciept for a different size or colour, provided that the following requirements are met:
- Items must be in an unused/ orginal condition, and in its original wrapping/ packaging
- Items labels must be intact
- Postage costs for the items which are to be returned must be produced by you
- An appropriate postage service which ensures you have written proof of postage must be used
Once the item is received we will complete the Exchange process within 3 working days. Please ensure you include the reasons for exchange as this will enable us to complete this process as quickly and simply as possible.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
